Risk assessments & method statements
A written RAMS document is provided ahead of every project, covering the specific risks of the site and the work being carried out.
Site induction
Every operative completes a site induction before starting work, covering your building's own access, safety, and emergency procedures.
Competency requirements
Operatives are required to hold valid, in-date certification for the work they carry out, checked before they're assigned to a project.
PPE & site conduct
Appropriate PPE is mandatory on every site, along with a clear standard of conduct for working in occupied commercial buildings.
Incident reporting
Any incident is reported and documented in line with our health and safety policy - transparently, not after the fact.
Ongoing review
Our health and safety policy is reviewed regularly, not written once and left unchanged.
